2. It takes 3-5 hours to fully charge the led shoes. The Led light can work up to 8-11 hours

6. About Washing: Please do not wash the shoes with water, you can use colorless shoe polish for cleaning.

Q1. What's your MOQ? Does other color available?

In view of our first cooperation, we accept 300 pairs per model/color as MOQ. You can choose other colors according to the the color swatch.

Q2. Can you print our LOGO on the shoes or box?

Of course, there's no problem to print your Logo on shoes or boxes. OEM&ODM are welcome.

Q3. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refunded when I place an order?

Customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost. As you know, hundreds of our clients ask for samples each Month, it's a heavy burden for us. But you will get sample fee refunded when we get your bulk order. And our regular customers do not need to pay sample cost. Samples are dispatched within 7-15 Days.
