Q3. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refunded when I place an order?
Customers need to pay the sample fee and freight cost. As you know, hundreds of our clients ask for samples everyday, which is a heavy burden for us. But you will get your sample fee refunded when we get your bulk order. And our regular customers do not need to pay sample fee. Samples are dispatched within 7-15 Days.
